How to get Patta Chitta Online for free
Here in this section, i will explain how to get patta chitta, FMB, TSLR Extract, eservices online. I will give you the procedure to get patta chitta online for free. Just follow my words to proceed.
Firstly, you have to open the land record Tamil Nadu official website. If you know the official website link then open it. Otherwise, just click my below link to open the official website. The official land record website looks like the following below image.

Secondly, you have to select your district in the drop down list given in that website. After that choose your are whether is is rural or urban. After giving these details click submit button to proceed to the next level.
Then a new window will open with few details of requirements. The new window looks like the following image.
Thirdly, you have select Taluk and village of your’s in the drop down list. Then either you can choose Patta number or survey number to view the patta chitta details.
If you the patta number correctly then choose patta number, then enter authentication value from the given box and submit it. Then the details of patta chitta will display in a new tab.

Otherwise, choose survey number to give. If you choose survey number then the screen will change like the following image given below.
If you choose survy number then the screen will ask two things from you. They are survey number and sub division number. Enter the required details and then choose which you wantto know either patta chitta or FMB.
Then type the letters and numbers displayed in the authentication value and click submit. Your land record will displayed in a new window. Either you can view it or download it as a pdf file for further reference.
