After login to your account with your username and password you have to click Revenue department.
Then you have to click REV – 104 First Graduate Certificate to apply online. If you click this link then it leads to a new window.
That window has the details of supporting documents, Application fees and service description to apply this certificate online. Yo can click proceed button in this window.
Then after clicking proceed button the form of first graduate certificate is open in a new window. You can enter your mobile number or mobile number to search your account. And then verify your account through the OTP sent to your mobile number.
If you enter your CAN number details then it automatically fill your basic details in the application form.
You have to fill the family members details in this application form manually. And also, you have to fill your educational details in that form.
After filling those details click submit and upload the supporting documents listed in specified format and size. Then sign the self declaration and scan it to upload. Finally make payment of RS.60 via Debit card, ATM Card, Paytym, etc.
